Request for Warranty Service

Our procedures require that all requests for service be submitted in writing attention to our Warranty Department. The "Request For Service" forms to be used are in your Homeowner's Manual or can be accessed on this web-site and sent by e-mail form to warranty@capitalhomebuilders.com or via fax to 229-228-7452 or via U.S. Mail to 15125 US 19 S, #162, Thomasville, GA 31792. Once we receive your request, we will be contacting you within 72 hours. If you have an emergency, please call our offices at 229 289-0140 and please follow up with an e-mail to warranty@capitalhomebuilders.com with information regarding your emergency.
